Shady business practices. Adding fees to customers bills, putting add ons to accounts without customer knowledge. Not printing Receipts. Snotty to customers. Rude. Only care about selling, even if you don't want it, need it, or know how to use it. Unethical, low morals, pending court cases involving the franchise wireless zone. This is NOT a corporate store. It is an AUTHORIZED VERIZON RETAILER.

The workers are very friendly and kind. This is the only Verizon store I will go to. Extremely kind. They knew exactly what they are doing. Would recommend this Verizon store to anyone! Keep up the good work guys. You are doing great!
