Extremely nice/clean place to stay at, we stayed a majority of the winter for work and Jen was awesome to work with, anything we needed she was right there. Looking forward to the next time we come back!

Derby Lake house had all the whistles! It was vey clean and roomy. Overlooking the lake with paddle boat and kayaks. The snow cone machine was an unexpected touch! Beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked with ample coffee. Able to grill up burgers for a perfect holiday family getaway.

Amazing house and amazing host. The house is right on the lake. With a paddle boat, canoes and fishing poles for us to use in the shed. We had a great time in this quiet little Oasis. Beautiful sunsets over the lake and an amazing view right from the living room. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area. Thank you

We are a family of 5 with a dog and we thought the lake house was great. It is well maintained, hot shower. accessible to lake and was clean and inviting upon arrival. The lake is right in front of you and the wall of windows makes for a great view. We were so thankful that we could bring our dog and had space for everyone. Inside and out. Thank You!
Hope to stay at the cottage again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay, clean and welcoming home. Kids loved the game room! Quite relaxing neighborhood. We asked very last minute if we could check in a day early and Jennifer made it happen!

Excellent stay. The property is well maintained and the attention to detail is apparent throughout. It was perfect for our Labor Day get away.The property manager Jennifer checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out was simple. I highly recommend.

A last minute cancellation of a previous place, put us in a scramble to find another place to stay. This came up as a new listing, and our extended family was extremely grateful. We loved the large backyard, swimming and hot tub. There were many amenities that weren't listed, but were great to have for a large group - griddle, crockpot, lots of outdoor chairs, etc. The house was spotless when we checked in. The owner and host are super nice.We all had a great time.Deb(Not sure why it shows a different name.)
