Aleethea has been so helpful in helping us with our pool over the past several years, especially this year. No matter how many times I come in or bring in another water sample she always is helpful with a smile and gives us good advice. Very knowledgable.

I thought I could get it cheaper and faster than Great Lakes could. I figured going on line and getting our parts in 1 to 3 days would get us up and running by the weekend, 6 weeks later I made the call of shame and told Don I thought I was smarter than him. # 1 we bought the wrong part, #2 we broke another part trying to get the wrong part off, #3 we went almost 2 months without a hot tub. Then after 20 years of doing business with them I had to tell them I cheated on them and went to the stupid internet, which is what is hurting our business right now. Friday morning I called Don and when I realized at 12:30 at night that I had a hot tub I woke Tim up and we sat there for 1.5 hours, thank you so much Don. WE LOVE GREAT LAKES SPA!!!
