Want to be sure people know Bookwalter Chevrolet in Stanton has a very good Service Manager Joseph Garcia. A service manager's role is speaking with the public. He is the employee of the dealership that usually has to explain the bad news. When you need a repair big or small he has to figure out how to explain it gently to you. Well, I want you to know he is good at it, among other things like call backs, updates, totaling up your bill etc. So, if you have a little bad luck with your vehicle don't worry. Just take it in to see Joseph and he will take good care of you!

Didn’t buy my truck from them but did go there for an oil change and the price was pretty reasonable and service was good. Would definitely consider buying my next vehicle from them.

Great experience! Joe got me everything I needed on the used suv I purchased, was very efficient, honest, and easy to work with. Drew in the body shop went the extra mile to clean up some scratches left by the previous owner. I would definitely buy from Bookwalter again!

Purchased 2006 Pontiac Vibe in early February when my other car was rear-ended. Vehicle was in very good shape for its price; Joseph and Andrew were both very helpful in providing further information about vehicle with requested pictures, CarFax, and mechanical information above (and beyond) the usual vehicle advertisement documentation. I purchased a 2020 Malibu, and really couldn't be happier with the experience/outcome!
I dealt with Joseph Garcia, and he was amazing! Helped me get everything I wanted, and didn't push anything I didn't want. They were able to get me a better rate, and payment than my own bank.
Truly a seamless experience, we were in and out in just a few hours. I highly recommend, and will likely be back when the time comes. This is a great place, with great people. Go to Bookwalter, and they'll treat you like family!

I had been looking for a new vehicle for a while and had done a ton of research. I found the car I wanted and contacted Bookwalter Chevrolet to see when the car would be delivered to the dealership as it was in transit. Joseph Garcia took my request and said they had a 2023 that I could test drive that was the same car but a different color to see how I liked it. I test drove the 2023 that same day and loved it. I ended up purchasing the 2023 and not waiting for the 2024. The 2023 only had 3,000 miles on it and had the inspections done to certify it. Joseph did the paperwork that evening and I picked it up the next day. I could not be happier. Joseph made the entire process easy. He let the car do the talking rather than trying to push the sale. This is the second vehicle our family has purchased from Bookwalter is just over a year and we have been very happy with both transactions.

They sold me a car and the engine had a recall they never told me about so i had to replace that as well and also falsely sold me tire protection when i tried to use it i was told a dead dear in the road is NOT a Hazzard my wife and her family have been shopping here for years after this we will never be coming back here and won't be recommending them to anyone else either
