Purchased a vehicle from this dealership, before we were even able to pick it up an employee backed it into something, damaging the passenger side mirror and scratching it down the side. No biggie, accidents happen. We were promised that the vehicle would be picked up from our home, taken to be fixed, and brought back, which it was finally a month later, except for the giant scratch THEY caused that was mentioned numerous times and never addressed. If you’re looking for mediocre service at best, this is the place for you!!

The service department did a great job of diagnosing a tiny noise that was driving my wife nuts when driving her Blazer.
Not only did they find the noise, but it turned out that there was a bulletin regarding the problem.
The fix was covered under warranty! GREAT JOB !

The Richardson dealership is the best in the business. I live across the state and will only go to them when I am in the search for any vehicle, and trust them to get me the best vehicle available at the best price. Then they drive the car to me, transfer the plates/title/and work with my insurance. Whether you live near their dealership or anywhere in the U.S., only go to them!

I am not even sure where to start, the entire experience was absolutely top notch from the first reach out inquiring about a new car all the way until I picked up the car. Thank you, Heath S., for getting us into our 2020 Equinox Premier. He was professional and didn't mind my two young kids coloring and snacking on his office floor waiting while we did paperwork. It was overall a great experience!
