  When you show up to talk to a manager, you are told to make an appointment on another day. Showed up for appointment and completed original transaction. Needed to meet with same person again and called her to set up an appointment. Left voicemail but no one returned call. Called bank phone number, but again no one picked... read full comment

  Was there at around 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday. Website said place was open. drive all the way there and nothing or no one there. Very dissatisfied but they don't care so I'm sure there will be no apology or explanation

  Be advised! If you're trying to find the drive thru and ATM for this location of Huntington bank, it's across the road from the bank. Silliest set-up I've ever seen. And no signs at the bank building to let you know that the ATM and drive thru aren't at the bank location.
