Leaving bleach products in the toilets of a closed bathroom is beyond messed up. Almost passed out in the bathroom, had to sit in my car and recover.

Honestly, Dec. 6th, 2022 was a terrible day. Our tire popped after we hit the rumble strips before the round about to come into Standish. We pulled into shell bc we thought the tire pressure was down, and needed air. Our windshield wipers were messed up too which was a big part of why we stopped also, seeing as it was raining. I was in tears not knowing how I was going to make the rest of our hour and 15 min trip. The older gentleman in the store was so kind. We were going to have to leave the car if we couldn't get a ride. He said he would let the night shift know just in case and promised our car wouldn't be towed. We ended up stuck for over 2 hours in pouring rain. We got someone to come help change the tire. But it wasn't looking good for a while. He let us hang out in the store with my 2yr old niece. He even gave her a juice he paid for himself. I didn't catch his name bc I wasn't even thinking straight so names were the last thing on my mind. He also helped my blind friend with .40 for her purchase. (We were really down on our luck) he even tried to see if maintenance had tools we could use to get the stuck tire off. This man was a gods sent. And I definitely deserves large recognition. I don't think I'll ever be able to say as big enough thanks as he deserves for all his help. If he sees this, thank you sir. I hope your holiday season and entire rest of your life is the absolute best possible. ❤️ -Sincerely the crying wreck with the flat tire.

My husband and are regulars going into forwards and it's always clean, staff is friendly! Bathrooms are always clean too. We went in tonight to get a few things around 1145pm and the cashier refused to sell us lotto and give us tobacco products as well because " it was her end of the night, and all things were accounted for" so the lotto and tobacco was closed until 12:05am. I asked her why the lotto was down again, and she told me " her count was in for the night" so we left with no lottery tickets and tobacco products.. I am extremely disappointed. I've never had a cashier treat me like and or refuse to sell me lotto/tobacco.

Try to call, to tell them that their pump isn't working, on the island out behind the bank. Phone just rings and rings and rings and rings you get the point. I don't have time often to go inside and say something. But if you want "rec fuel" that's the only island you can go to other than to go to flecks down the street.
