About Arenac Community Center
Mission:
Bridging, Building, Learning and Growing: To work in collaboration with all communities of Arenac County to provide a fully functional facility to meet the needs of all community members.
Vision:
Providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere for children from ages 5 to 18 during the summer months and after-school. This will be accomplished in collaboration with our local school districts, ISD, 4-H at MSUE and other partnerships.
Children’s programing will promote the building of self-esteem and life skills through fun games, art, music and physical exercise. They will learn about safety at home, school and at the center; about respecting oneself, others and resources; nutritional education, and how to respond to negativities.
