They do not stand behind their vehicles. I’ve had mine for less than a month went on vacation and I was stranded for five days. got back home. Had it three days home went back to the shop. I would never recommend anyone buying from this place.

After talking to him on the phone, they said they could get me into a Dodge grand Caravan and now they’re stating they can’t do so and trying to tell me I need to come up with $500 then plus a please in they lie about what they would do would not recommend them two anyone thumbs down

I'm happy that all of you have had great experiences with Car City! Unfortunately mine was not so great. After 3 days of having my car back in 2022 it broke down on me and I was unable to give it back. A year later here I am still dealing with the car. After many things being fixed still today I am still having trouble with it.. it was currently sent to the Actual Car City dealership to get looked at and I got it back and my blower motor went out 2 days after getting in back after, apparently "nothing was wrong with the blower motor" now the wires are melted because the motor was trying so hard to work . Now that will be $400 on top of the 400 dollars I owe from the week before when it was serviced by car city, thanks guys!!! Not!. I had to agree to 50 dollars each month being added to my payment. This car has been a complete nightmare for me!!!! I haven't even had my car in my possession it's been in the shop a whole year! Until they finally started doing something... now here I am again!

The manger at the Alma CarCity lot in St Louis really knows his stuff.. answering every question I threw at him and I threw alot of them at him… very polite and respectful and patient as I’m not a real easy customer sometimes.. he helped me through the whole process.. thanks Mitch Fairchild!! Love the jeep more than I did my first one

Just got a car from here on may 24th my first payment is due June 24th I haven’t made the first payment and my car is in the shop with a 300 dollar charge I can’t pay because I have to pay them and this is something the warranty don’t cover they won’t work with you on payments when obviously they sold it to me that way if you get a car from here plz get an inspection on any vehicle purchases because mines started acting up the day after the 5 day period this company is full of itSTEER CLEAR OF CAR CITY!!!
