I traded in a iPhone 13 in march/ April and was informed that I will receive a check for the amount me and the agent talked about. Which I believe they ripped me off. 300$ for a brand new iphone, fresh out the box. I just wanted to get rid of T-Mobile, I should’ve just sold the phone on the street for a better deal. And it’s 5 months later still no check or credit. And I called the 1800 # no one has answers and keep transferring me!! And Xfinity service is trash I’m upset that I wasted my time and down graded. Wish I could get out this contract ??

I used to hate dealing with Comcast in any way shape or form, but my most recent experience has made me give them 5 stars. The store gets 5 stars for service, promptness and attention to detail. I took a broken box in and was out in three minutes. Not only was Shana G professional and courteous she let me know I needed to return my old modem ( I upgraded my speed) or I would get charged. I went home, easily installed and programmed my new remote then went back to return my old modem. The next gentleman that helped me was just as courteous and prompt. Thank you both. One more thing, my tech on the phone who figured out I needed a new box was also outstanding!!!!

Went to this store today to get help activating and transferring data over to my new Xfinity phone. KaVaughn was so helpful and kind along with other team members..Lisa, Marcus and assistant manager Yamon. Great customer service, they made my day, highly recommend this store. Thank you all so much. On 6/10 Michelle went above and beyond to help me with a mobile issue. She is helpful, professional and kind. Went in to store again on 6/23 with another mobile issue, Jaelon and Calvin were so very helpful, they went out of their way to help me, very kind.

I had a problem with my modem on 3-18-23 and went into the store in St.Clair Shores on harper. Kim greeted me with a big smile I told her my problem and she took care of me in 5 minutes or less. With service that Kim give is what Customer Service is all about. 5 stars to Kim..

The last time I was in the store, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. This was great compared to the hour long waits I used to have in other locations. Part of the reason it was short was because I set up an appointment with Comcast support the night before.I've been in this store a number of times over the last couple of years and they have been very helpful. Also, the building is pretty new and clean.Overall, I would recommend this store.

We walked in to the Xfinity store at 11 mile and Harper in Saint Clair Shores on Feb 23, 2023 at 11:15, didn't have appointment, but were signed in by door greeter and told we were next.For the next 1/2 hour, saw several representatives open up, but NONE of them called us up. One pretended to be busy after taking a equipment return by spending the next 20 minutes putting the equipment in a box, and then talking with an employee that had just walked in.The next one just stood at his workstation, apparently quite unaware of us still waiting, but QUITE able to talk with another employee, who was equally unaware of us. The manager, the older gal in red, just walked around the store laughing, never once even asking about our situation.At 11:40, a customer walked in and stated she had a 11:45 appointment. She was told by the guy who had spent 20 minutes putting aware the returned equipment that she would see the next representative.I then spoke up and asked "how does that work, since we've been here a 1/2 hour already?" Was then told an appointment would override us in priority, which I can understand, if we both got there at the same time, be we had been waiting for a 1/2 hour for the "next available representative" , which were all busy avoiding us.Of course, it was around lunch time by then, so I'm thinking that was FAR more important than our time. I wonder if the gal with the 11:45 appointment got seen before or after lunch?When we had had enough and simply left, THEN the same representative that had wasted time putting away a cable box and wires, and then talking to employees, ran out the door and asked if he should remove us from the queue.....REALLY...is this the best that comcast can do?Also, nothing from the manager, except she certainly was walking around finding something funny, right up to the time we walked by her on the way out in disgust. Nice going comcast, nice to know somethings never change, and comcast can always be counted on for poor, and rude service....way to go!!!!

Swapped 3 wired cable boxes for 3 wireless cable boxes. Nick was very helpful answering questions and gave me his business card with his cell phone number in case I had more questions.

Sean M at this store is the worst. He lied to me multiple times about my account. I called him 5x and he refused to call me back. Very incompetent, would never use them again. Lost a long time customer. Changed to ATT.

I finally made the decision to leave Verizon, whom I have been with for over thirty years. I have been with Xfinity for 26 years for internet and cable. In an attempt to lower my phone bill I made the decision to switch.I have never felt as insignificant in my life as I did dealing with the most unprofessional people in my life. I had not even activated the phone yet and they accused me of damaging it somehow. Told me I could get a replacement but may have to pay for it They were the most arrogant people I have ever dealt with you. Couldn't answer a single question about the phone itself. Very very dissatisfied.
