I absolutely love Walgreens! ❤? I go to the one at 8 mile, and Harper, in St. Clair Shores. The staff are very friendly. The store is always stocked. Plus, very clean. I like that I can earn cash simply from shopping at the store. And that cash can be used towards paying for my prescriptions, or etc. Unlike CVS. They give you MORE coupons that suggests products that you must buy. Every now, and again, they'll give a coupon for 3-4 dollars off. Or etc. I like to spend my rewards on what I want to all of the time.

They’re rude and snappish when they’re busy, and have no interest in listening or in being helpful. I’m stressed and anxious after waiting on meds that my Drs office *forgot* to call in, then sitting on hold with Walgreens for 15 minutes listening to a recorded voice tell me every 20 seconds that they are “busy helping other customers” — Pretty miserable combination.

Had no problem today stopping in for a five day script. We had to wait until after lunch time which is from 1330-1400. The store is clean and has a relaxing vibe. We have been in here often and the service we have received has been positive and helpful. Script was ready via text message an hour after drop off of script. Great job guys!

Pharmacy staff is very rude, sarcastic and uncaring. Probably not all of them, but the two I had to deal with were just awful. They were not receiving prescriptions from doctors' offices, technical problems, and it was just too bad for me that mine had not come through and I could not get my needed medications. No apologies, no concern, no suggestions, no offer to call my doctor...no nothing. I made a call to the corporate office and lodged a complaint. I will never return to that store and possibly not to any Walgreens ever.

Loved going there at 10am on a Saturday to pick up my prescription just to find out that apparently their Pharmacist didn't show up to work that day so I was unable to pick up the meds I needed. Awesome service
