Very disappointed in the service here. Really seems like the employees either don't want to work or are trained to deflect and turn you away. Super nice before I bought my phone and then not helpful at all after purchase. I had an issue with my phone and had to reset it twice for the same issue- brand new phone, every time I reset the phone works...sent me away because it was working briefly after my reset... not even 2 minutes after I left the store...the issue happened again on a brand new phone. What a waste of time being turned away after not even looking at my phone for 10 seconds! They want to nickel and dime you for everything and turn you away after the money is paid. Been a long time customer and I'm very disappointed.

I don't no everyone experience but my experience was very professional and everyone was very helpful after coming from AT&T which was a very very horrible experience for 2 months after selling my family defective phones so am very pleased so far with the service at Verizon.

After a bunch of text saying I qualify for an upgrade, I came to this store to make the deal happen. Once I arrived I was informed that Verizon doesn’t take refurbished models (That was a lie as I confirmed it on the phone with a technician later) and then they were attempting to sell me a second line to get a “free” iPhone as long as I use the phone once a month. Who needs 2 phones? I’ve been in sales long enough to see what’s happening here and I don’t like it. Be careful at this location. They are not to be trusted…….

They get a generous one-star review because the first employee I spoke to was professional and at first he seemed competent, but he left before I spoke to anyone else.
I had gone in to troubleshoot an issue with my network and he signed me in so I could claim a spot in line. After waiting more than twenty minutes, during which time two people left in frustration (with one of them telling me, "Don't waste your time; go to Best Buy instead") and I realized that the one staff member who was helping a customer throughout the entire time I was there was really just chit-chatting with them (hence the wait), I was "helped" by a woman with a strident voice who would barely make eye contact with me and ended up telling me that they had no tech support there and suggested I try... wait for it... Best Buy! I had been clear that I came in to troubleshoot a problem -- so why all the waiting for someone who couldn't have helped me to begin with?
During my wait, I also noticed at least one employee who, despite numerous people coming in after me to wait, busied himself by unwrapping a package from (presumably) the corporate office that contained promotional material. Honestly, with a line like that, he should've been attending to customers.
And, to reiterate, the woman who attended to me would not make eye contact for more than a second or two. She literally kept her eyes shut as she directly addressed me.
Not one employee made even a modest effort to appear as though they wanted to be there and, ultimately, I waited more than twenty minutes for a service I'd been led to believe they could provide but couldn't.
I guess this kind of thing is par for the course these days, but it really doesn't have to be. Nor should it.

Still working to undo all of the ‘deals’ Jackie offered. My Verizon bill tripled when she promised it would be reduced. Additionally, all of the ‘free’ products I received when I purchased my new iPhone have been returned (luckily I made it within the VERY short window to do so) and I’ve spent hours on the phone restoring my original service plan. To be fair, I have had great service in the past at this store but she is an aggressive and dishonest salesperson. Beware she can be very convincing and devious. I was very fortunate to speak with a manager at Verizon that worked tirelessly to right all the wrongs and profusely apologize for the misleading salespeople in the stores. Absurd business practices. I’m assuming she has the support of store managers. I won’t be back.

This verizon has bad reviews but I recently went in there to get questions answered and to get a quote on new phone/plan and I had the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon. Brittney, who helped me, answered all of my questions with honesty and even tried her best to rework our family plan in order to save money. I also went in early afternoon and experienced zero wait. It was great.

I recently went onto the store and met Ana who helped me with upgrading to a new phone. Can’t say enough for the compassionate assistance she provided me. Five stars are simply not adequate for a rating. Great job !

If I could leave them with 0 stars I would. This service is lacking I was a new customer I had spent the day before in the store 2 hours switching plans to Verizon for 2 lines but only 1 line made it . I wasn't explained that I had to wait for the new phone to come before I can actually switch the service. And when I came back in to clear up the issue I was rudely rushed away from this store because they were closing in 30 minutes. But I was there you were suppose to service me. I was told go to the Roseville store. That's fine they were better. But, I was at this store the day before you should of helped me today. So this started my Verizon phone experience on a bad note because of this store.
