I went to the self kiosk and my husband went to the counter with a worker. Everything is done with ease and the workers here are always friendly and helpful. Lines always run smooth and quickly. Always a pleasant visit.

I want to recognize an employee at your store on Harper north of 13 mile rd in st clair shores. Her name is Missy. While standing in line, I watched her extraordinary care for an elderly woman. The woman appeared to have trouble standing, which Missy noticed, so she went to the back of the store to get her a chair. She then glanced at the documents the woman was sending, and noticed they were not completely filled out. After the woman completed the documents, Missy worked with her to ship them in the method that the woman was most comfortable with. Onthe way out, as she was still helping the woman, I mouthed to her "you're awesome, thank you. "Missy is awesome...please recognize her accordingly.

Just wanted to give a SHOUT-OUT to Sophia at the Harper near 13 mile UPS outstanding friendly courteous kind patient young lady. Outstanding service. Thank you again, SophiaSeems I can't write another review sp I'm adding here. Went to 13 and Harper UPS every time I go OTS AWESOME SERVICE. Today February 18 2024 I had the pleasure of Tyson and Christina wait on me...AWESOME FRIENDLY AND COURTESY. The place is always clean and well stocked. Workers are amazing there. Thanks for your exceptional customer service.

I'm extremely thankful for this location!! Not only is it a quick stop for all my Amazon returns I now use this location for all my shipping needs!! I no longer use my local US postal service.. This location is managed so well.. they are quick and helpful but more importantly they are always so friendly.. Ecspecially employees Tyson and Ashley!! They are kind and wonderful human beings.. I hope they keep doing what they are doing!! Thank you for always taking such good care of me!!
