I want to start by saying Kudos to Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe and double Kudos to Destiny the Asst. Manager! Destiny understands that Service starts at hello! I was so wowed by my experience at Uncle Ed’s today! My initial call was an inquiry and within 10 minutes I was driving to the Shoppe. Destiny sold me on the value of Uncle Ed’s versus trying to compete with the prices of other in and out oil shops. Sales and service were a good ebb and flow of information. Not only did Destiny not try to over sell me, she also didn’t shy away from recommending, and throughly explaining the different services that were offered based on the information unique to my car. Might I add she accomplished all of this while kindly instructing the nice young gentleman Cameron, that was there to assist her. I’m huge on customer excellence and I can tell you that Destiny exudes service excellence. Honestly, you would think that she was an owner. Destiny was knowledgeable and took pride in confidently sharing why Uncle Ed’s is top choice! Good companies produce good leaders and employees that know how to build the company repeat business. I’ll be back and sharing with everyone I know! It was a FANTASTIC Experience! Thank you Destiny and Cameron for your service today!

Went for an oil change this morning. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. I liked that I could stay in my car while it was being serviced. I was there pretty early and there was no wait time. In and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this shop for oil change service!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I highly recommend going to the St Clair Shores location. I used to go to another oil change place and my car started to make a ticking sound. Someone recommended that I try a different company so I eventually made the switch to Uncle Ed’s. After the first oil change the ticking stopped! I have been going here for several years and everyone at this location is very kind and take the time to show, explain, and truthfully recommend if something is needed. This most recent trip I’ve been dreading going since I need to roll my window down and if you live in St Clair Shores you know how bad the spiders are. Even though I had a car wash yesterday, there are still a ton of spiders on my car. I warned them that there are a lot of spiders and a few minutes later, my fear came true when a spider started to drop down into my open window. Thankfully the manager quickly grabbed it and numerous other spiders off my car! I’ll definitely keep going back to this location.

Everyone at this location is so nice & thorough. Nobody is rude or condescending. I’ve been going to this location for years & always have a positive experience. Vanessa provided my oil change service. She was awesome, explained everything and was fast. Definitely going back. They also check your tire pressure, once you're a client.
