The sales department is amazing but the service center is the worst. In 9 years of leasing, i have only had a timely oil change once. I always schedule my appointments, but they take walk-ins ahead of you and then make you wait. The staff don't care and just sit around a talk.

I just purchased a used vehicle at OBrien’s from Mike Tilley!! He was honest, kind and so efficient. I was out the door with my new Bronco in less than 3 hours!! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle by myself, and it was awesome! Mike is absolutely amazing!!!!

Two oclock this afternoon. Only salesperson we ran across completely ignored us. Couldn’t even look at us or say hello. It’s a big city though … pretty sure another dealership might be interested in being respectful. Receptionist was polite!
