Very kind and friendly people who work very efficiently! Oil change and tire fix was done within 12 hours with options to pick up car after/before business hours.They also personally went to my family’s house to help with a dead battery.Couldn’t recommend more!

We have had 3 different vehicles go down in the last few weeks. I really didn't have time to research mechanics; I just went by Google reviews. Ron and Bobs was the first one that came up with highest number of stars and best reviews. I'm so glad we tried them. First vehicle was a 2004 GMC that needed a belt. ( Or so my son thought) He actually had a broken idler arm as well. It was fixed and back on the road in less than a day. Eli was in contact with me as soon as they were able to see the issue. I really appreciate the communication from the shop. Next vehicle was a 2004 Chevy Silverado that needed it's fuel line repaired. Now my vehicle will be going in tomorrow. ( For a few things)I am very happy with their work and their pricing.I am so glad I found this shop. I love that it's a small local too. ?Services: General repairs & maintenance

I’ve had a hard time finding an honest shop that didn’t use scare tactics to try to charge you for services I don’t need and I can genuinely say Ron & Bob’s is it. Eli is extremely kind and went above and beyond to help. Ladies, the people at this shop WILL talk to you with respect and knowledge, no upsells in sight.

Fair and HONEST auto repair!Eli and his crew took care of a 2011 GMC Denali radiator replacement. I already knew what I needed and they handled with no questions asked And a fast turnaround. NO other shops do that, they charge for diagnostics.They also diagnosed the Denali for a pending sale, and gave an honest list of requirements.Personable, and VERY EASY to work with…will be returning when needed.

The service here was outstanding. I was able to have the problems with my car identified and fixed so quickly! The staff ran down every service with us and the price and made sure everything was OK with us before proceeding. Liz at the front desk was very courteous and the owner Eli (amazingly nice guy) helped me out personally. Everyone here was so friendly. I will definitely be back for any future service and highly recommend them.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Great experience!! Liz returned my call quickly. No heat in my vehicle. Somehow it was working fine today.NO CHARGE! QUICK SERVICE!!They didn’t try to charge me something I didn’t need. THAT IS HUGE!I will suggest everyone I know.

New owner Eli is wonderful. Took in our Journey due to an oil leak. They fixed it, put in a new thermostat and wound up finding lower ball joints in 2 front tires were getting bad and fixed those too. Nothing was pushed to be fixed. He's an honest guy with great prices. They had our car fixed the next day. We are so happy to have a mechanic who knows his stuff and keeps his word. Definitely our new mechanic.

Received excellent service a Ron & Bob's. Being female, I am always concerned that I may not be getting a fair price when it comes to car repairs. I do try to educate myself on parts prices and labor costs before I have work done. There is a lot of information out there! Eli was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He runs an honest business. My car was repaired quickly, and I was even given a ride back to my house when I dropped it off. Overall great experience! Highly recommend. Such a good feeling to have a reliable and honest auto repair shop.

We are replacements from another state. We had a 2014 Dodge Durango that had an oil/transmission leak that we were educated is a common problem amongst these years that should have a recall but does not. Liz was the assistant that was wonderfully patient and guided us through as an excellent liaison between the people doing the work and checking us out. If enough businesses knew how much business they lost or won by the rudeness and ineptitude and or the politeness of the people taking their calls they would all hire Liz in combination with good work!Service: Transmission
