Mike (and crew) took care of a nasty electrical problem, on my old car’s AC system. It was a battle. Throughout the diagnosing, Mike kept me updated. He worked with me on logistic issues, in getting my kids to school. The price was very fair, given the totality of the repair. I am a repair shop neighbor, and past client. I’ll continue to bring my vehicles to Mack Auto Center 2.

Fixed my wife’s Lexus, rear differential job. Everything is good for now. Pricey job but she loves her old rx350! 4 stars for taking a bit longer than expected, but that’s how things go sometimes. Overall this place seems good to go for Toyota owners.

I needed a lot done with my steering. They did amazing work. I am coming back here for any auto issues. Ask for the owners son - he is an amazing guy. Family owned business too which is nice.
I was unsure of some liquid dripping after the work original. They took the car back and examined it very quickly. I was satisfied with the care they took. I'm sticking to this place. I am impressed by their quality of care.

They seemed to get me in as soon as they could for the estimate. The estimate was aligned with the parts and amount I had expected so it seemed fair. I was pleasantly surprised when it cost much less due to the seals not needing replacing as expected and quoted. I would take my car there again if necessary and would recommend them.

Amazing customer service, mike (the owner) is one of the nicest and most straight forward people there are. Also they are very trustworthy and live up to their warranty for their work. Never had bad experience. Great shop!!

Pleasantly surprised this morning to see my tire rim was bent. I hadn’t noticed it until I went to replace a missing hubcap. The Grosse Pointe office of Mack Auto Center referred me to the Saint Clair Shores one. A kind gentleman came out to my car and proceeded to use a hammer on it to hammer it back in place. In addition, he added the hubcap and within five minutes, I was on my way. And then, something we don’t hear very often these days, no charge! Very grateful customer!

Everyone there was very polite and helpful. Car was worked on by Mike who was very friendly and helped tremendously. Went from a horrible experience to being relieved and satisfied.

I love this place, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Mike gave me a quote way better then that Good year on 7 mile and Gratiot. The service was excellent and they even offered me a rental as my car was being worked on.
