“Love this location for products but mostly for their grooming! I have a 3 year old pit bull who’s almost completely blind but a sweetheart! Danielle and Jessica both do a wonderful job with her! She’s always excited when I tell her it’s time to go get pretty! I couldn’t ask for a better grooming squad! That’s what keeps me coming back and the entire staff in the store is always friendly and acknowledges us every time we come in!”

“Skip the "Pet Mill Petsmart" and go to pet haven! I was looking for a parakeet for my son's birthday and I was afraid to buy from a big box store as I heard their birds can carry mites and diseases. The owner was so friendly and knowledgeable, he answered every question we had (which was a lot). Pet Haven gets their birds from a local breeder and are treated very well. I'm so glad we found this place!”

“Hands down, this is the best down-to-earth, friendly pet shop experience on the east side. They will special order any dog food you need and make recommendations for foods that will help your furballs. Their prices are less than other high end places, and everyone in the store is super friendly and personable. Not only that, if you're looking for a cuddly animal fix or feathered friend fix, there are always animals to hold and friendly birds who will climb on your shoulder and possibly whisper sweet nothings into your ear (or nibble your shirt). Added bonus...toys for hard core chewers like pitbulls. Added added bonus...raw goat's milk for doggos who need an extra digestive boost. Try it out! You'll love Lou's.”

“I have been shopping at Three Dog Bakery since 2016, so it is wild to me that I haven't written a review yet for it! There used to be a location in my city too, so I was SO sad when it closed, but I'm so happy that this Three Dog Bakery location on one end of Partridge Creek (closest to the now-closed Nordstrom department store) is still going! Three Dog Bakery has so much to offer and it's all things that I have never found most anywhere else at any other pet store, so if you're looking for the more unique things I would highly recommend coming here for your furry friends - dogs and cats alike! I have gotten so many birthday supplies for my dog from here, toys and harnesses, treats, proper baked goods like a dog birthday cake or smaller unique baked goods for gifting or spoiling my own pup, and so much more! I came here once as well when they did a collaboration with the department store where the department store made us our food and Three Dogs made the dog's food and we dined in the patio tables in the courtyard outside of the bakery! Partridge Creek is also super dog friendly, so it's perfect to be able to bring your dog here for some socialization and stop in to the bakery, along with so many other stores in this outdoor mall, to do your shopping as well! This place is truly wonderful and I hope it stays (and opens more locations!) for a long time!!”

“Even though Pet Supply Plus did not have what we were looking for as far as Greenies were concerned, they did have this new ice cream for dogs now I know what you're thinking dogs and ice cream you can just give them people food right wrong dogs cannot digest people food and therefore dairy products like milk or ice cream is really bad to give your dog so I started giving my dogs dog ice cream they were not particularly partial to the peanut butter but let me tell you something cool there is an ice cream called doggos ice doggy ice cream and the flavor is blueberry my dogs went nuts for that so we'll definitely be going back to Pet Supply Plus since they're the only people that carry that brand and also are the only ones that carry that flavor”

“Fish seem well taken care of, employees are welcome to answer any and all questions, and very large variety! Prices are of course more expensive from your typical cookie cutter pet store, but it's a small mom and pop shop and supporting them is great! Betta fish look well taken care of which is known to be rare at fish/pet stores. Usually they have deals or sales on lidless tanks as well!”

“It was our baby Thor's 2nd birthday with us and GP is the area his mommy works at; so we decided to stop by and see if we could find a birthday cake for his special day. Lisa the owner was so pleasing as she explained that her cakes needed to be ordered but she did have cupcakes available. We bought a few of the birthday cupcakes and Thor loved them! “It's a private owned pet supply, not a chain retailer... With that being said... It's not uncommon to hear the staff (or what appears like family members all working together) get into little arguments here and there. I think it's quite funny lol.. Business wise, they're cheaper than any other pet supply around. Pet smart wants to charge something like $15 for a medium sized bully stick (dog chew stick) and K9 has the same size one for $5. Great prices. Lines can get ridiculously long so you gotta learn when not to go, otherwise, it's a great store.”

Saw a perfectly groomed golden Doodle at Clinton TWP dog park- owner referred me to Lakeside Groomers… Match made in Heaven… no more making my doodle look like a poodle (wink!). “My daughter and I and my wife have taken and bought many fish from the store we run a plant life filtration system versus a carbon filtration but we find that we enjoy the fish from this store they taken have long life spans and they enjoy our fish tanks fairly well one of the things that I've put in our tank is a philodendron and one of my Japanese algae eaters has decided that it is a hammock for him but that's part of what makes him special is his personality”

“The store is always very welcoming, and since it caters to animals it's also very clean. Each area that of the store is well stocked there was never any empty spaces. The staff are incredibly helpful on where you can find items and no matter how many times you ask them they're always greet you with a smile and take you to where you need to be taken to if you can't find an item. I also think that the prices at PetSmart are very decent prices for what they're asking for. I think PetSmart is a good place for all breeds and animals alike. There staff are very nice to all the dogs or cats that come in, and when we check out they always give my pets a treat which is a great little extra something special that they do. So from one proud dog Mama of two sweet little girls we will definitely be going back to PetSmart very soon.”
