I went to the Saint Clair Shores location this Friday afternoon. I was greeted right away by Nick and he provided excellent customer service! Thank you Nick for going beyond the duty and helping to keep my vehicle safe and secure for the road! God bless you and keep up the awesome work.

i actually love this oreillys they always give me great service and are so helpful, although today at 2:30 i went in there for a locking lug nut key, i asked the lady if they had some lug nuts that i wanted and she said yes and i told her i was gonna go look around to see if they had a locking lug nut, i came to the conclusion that they didn’t have it, i then went to leave the store and told the lady that was helping me to have a nice day and she proceeded to say “are you gonna pay for that stuff” and i said no i’m not gonna get it and she said “well next time let somebody know before you decide you don’t want something because i had to go all the way back to get it” i don’t know if this lady was having a bad day or something but this lady was just rude and gave me terrible service.

Store is a joke Don the manager may buy a different set of brake pads because they didn’t have the ones I had in stock no more going to swap them out. He tells me you don’t have al A set of brake pads under warranty now very unprofessional, lazy and disrespectful as could be pleased. If I could give this thing zero stars, I would do not waste your money in the store in Saint Clair Shores on Harper.

Went to purchase air filters for my vehicles. After first getting the info for the cabin filters, went to back wall and came back to register with only one filter as the other was not there. Clerk had to go in back to find one. Then I decided to purchase engine filters. I was chided and told it would have been much more efficient had I told her the first time. Am I the only shopper who thinks of buying something additional while shopping? Sent back to wall with part numbers, again came back with only one. Maybe its not efficient telling customers to go look for products that aren't there? I try to support local business, but will shop Amazon next time and avoid any lip service.

Worst attitudes I have ever encountered at a retail store no one wanted to help including the manager don he was the worst of them all I ended up walking out went elsewhere would never go back to that store ever

Shayne and Donald were beyond helpful to me in finding the right parts and even helping me get them to my car in the rain. Cannot say enough good things about the customer service at this location!

We stopped by here to get something to use to try to get the new frunk cover on the bumper to stick. It came off during the car wash and was just hanging there. Hard to design these covers to stay put. The Goop comes in a tube and costs $7.94. It's a big tube. Not sure what else this stuff can be used for, as it states on the front it's used for metal adhesion.

This location on Harper in St. Clair Shores has an employee named Chris that does not do any good for the company and literally has other auto parts stores laughing at O'Reilly's. Gives the place a really bad rep with an extremely non caring attitude, lies and extreme disrespect towards customers . Will never go back to this O'Reilly's and possibly any O'Reilly's ever again.
