I've been coming to Nino's for decades and always loved it. Such a large selection of everything. I wish, though I could get some tangerines, but no one sells them anymore, or my cranberry-orange soft cookies.

Absolutely wonderful supermarket. You just walk in here and food looks better and Brighter. Everything here is top notch. And oh what a lovely meat case. This location is smaller than the bigger one on hall road but I always prefer to get my groceries from here.

Ninos has excellent produce and products. It is always extremely busy and the parking can be dicey. Friendly and helpful staff.

Slowest deli counter known to man, be prepared to wait at least 20 mins whether your ticket number is called or not and it doesn't matter the time of day. The lady after me actually walked away. The rest of the store is great though!

Extremely pleased with the prompt service and friendly staff. There was next to no wait in the checkout aisles despite being very busy. Having enough people working the checkout aisles made for a pleasant shopping experience.

This store has great soup and other various items that I enjoy. I was telling my mom about it and decided to bring her with me so she can experience shopping here for the first time. On Saturday December 2nd, 2023 around 330pm we visited Nino’s and was excited about it especially for it to be my mom’s first time until we experienced POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my mom to my favorite spot the soups and she was excited to get a couple to try. As we were talking there was a store associate (Caucasian lady) stocking the soups and she had the audacity to talk down to my senior citizen mother when my mom asked ME not her if the Cajun gumbo soup was too spicy. The store associate aggressively and sarcastically said well it SAYS Cajun on it so it tells you it’s spicy and she continued to go on as if my mom’s question was dumb. She is very lucky we just left church because my response to her would have not been nice at all because excuse me! She wasn’t talking to YOU. You don’t know what she meant nor do you know her medical condition of how much spice she can take!!!! My mother and I didn’t even go low to her stupidity HOWEVER I’m still pissed at her disrespect. So Ninos store manager please speak to your store associates about customer service and how to be respectful to elderly customers!!!!!

Fresh veggies and fruit... love this store. It's been a while since I visited them. I usually buy it elsewhere but I wanted my fruit and veggies to last awhile and not worry or waste my money. I did not... I will be back this weekend

The deli is the worst at this place the people they have working there are not friendly and are rude you ask for half a pound of something they give you 3/4 pounds ask to slice thin and the give you thick they act like they are doing you a favor will never go back to this place

Yes, "Nino's" is the place to go for big, pretty shiny fruits and vegetables of all kinds. Yes, they are always well stocked. But what a disappointment in the meat department! I've had three recent cuts of beef now that are no better than horsemeat: Porterhouse, sirloin and strip steaks. This latest piece, the sirloin last night, had a texture unlike any cut of meat I've ever had, it was tough on the outside (not related to cooking technique). I have been a meat lover- especially beef- my entire life. My family used to get our meat from McInerny Miller in Eastern market; this company used to supply all of the high end restaurants back in the day. It would be the equivalent of Fairway packing today. So I do know what each cut should offer in taste and texture, and quality. I've had much better meat from Kroger, unfortunately. I'm sure one comment doesn't matter to them, but this customer is very disappointed.

Very expensive . Store is catered to shoppers from the Grosse Pointes. I only go there for last minute items. I go to Vince and Joes better quality and much less expensive even though i live 2 minutes from Nino's.

This place has the BEST flower selection! I drive over an hour, just to get their flowers, for my resin woodworking! I came way too close to closing time. And they had already put their flower selection away. They were so nice, they offered to pull them back out just so I could pick them out! And they smell and look SOOO GOOD! THAT'S SERVICE! ?

It's convention to run in and get a few things. Produce is always nice and fresh and it's fun to see what new items they have. It's a little pricier than the chain grocery stores but it's worth it.

They have a good variety of options. If I need assistance it’s not hard to find someone and the staff are always polite and helpful. However the last few times I’ve gotten cannolis they have been soggy by time I get home. Only about a 10min drive. It’s usually my little snack/treat because I only get them when I go here, maybe once a week or less. So it’s been pretty disappointing. But everything else is always great.

Went to buy my ma her mother's day flowers and we always get their geraniums because it's a nice sized pot for a decent price. Unfortunately, though, this year they seem to have increased in price (yay inflation) but they at least are still pretty.
