I brought my 7 year old granddaughter in for gold or silver earrings so she wouldn’t risk any metal allergies. The staff was knowledgeable about what is best for children in earrings. They were over and above helpful and we found exactly what we we needed at a great price. I will definitely be returning here for my all my fine jewelry needs. (And they had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at the check out! Nice extra touch).

Very conflicted in reviewing Michael Agnello. We waited months before posting a review to see how we felt. In the end, we got the a very nice engagement ring, but it took two tries, and $300 more than quoted to do it.We brought a diamond to Michael Agnello to have a custom ring made. The sales person told us they do not make CAD drawings, but if there are any issues, they would make it right.We picked up the ring and after taking a close look, it was just poorly made. The ring looked completely lopsided. When we took it back, the salesperson told us “it’s handmade so it won’t be perfect”. They agreed to remake the ring in a more simple style, but charged an additional $300 to fix the mistake they made.I included a picture of the lopsided ring. It was a great concept, but was just not executed well. We decided to switch to a full bezel because it would be easier to execute, and we were already down $900 getting the first ring made.All in all, the new ring is very nice, but not what we originally wanted. I think a different jeweler would have executed it better, and we would have been able to stick with the original design. We wouldn’t choose Michael Agnello if we could do it all over, especially for something as once in a lifetime as a engagement ring.

I wanted to share my experience as the recipient of a beautiful engagement ring. My fiancé worked with Rochelle and he said she was amazing. She took the time to ask questions about me, and spent time helping him pick out the perfect stone and setting. She genuinely cares about what she does. I have never been so happy with the result. It was all a surprise for me and Rochelle did a wonderful job making sure we were both very happy. Forever will have our business!

Had the best experience today with Tammi! I was wanting a redesign of a hand-me-down wedding ring and band. Within ten minutes, I was looking at examples of what I was wanting and getting a fitting and price quote. I felt the price was a great value, and now I’ll have my new ring in just a couple of weeks! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. It was fun, quick and exactly what I was looking for! Cannot wait to see the finished product!

After reading many reviews of where to shop for an engagement ring in SCS I clearly picked the correct place! Everyone was super helpful, very friendly, made the entire process so easy! My now fiance is in love with the ring and is already excited to go in and shop for wedding bands.

While finishing up my last minute Christmas shopping I stopped in to see if I could find something for my daughters. Rochelle was very helpful in recommending a pair of earrings for both. Her fashion sense was spot on as my girls loved their gift. I got a great deal and great service. Highly recommend this place. On a side note I brought with me a gold chain I had purchased here in the past that needed repair. They fixed it like new before I was done shopping. Excellent service Excellant experience. This place and these people have been absolutely fantastic for my wife and I. They were great with not just amazing products, but the sales people have all been fantastic. We got our wedding rings, and I have since gone back and got my wife another gift. Great prices, product and people… what else do you need?
