Customer service was okay I've been in the store many times but the last time I went I bought some accessories and ended up trying to return them of course Travis would not allow that because the box was open , how else are you going to see if you like unless you open it up and look at it it's $60 for a charger in an extra cord for the car is kind of very expensive will never go back ever again in my life

I upgraded from a Samsung A13 (An Android) to a IPhone 11 (used), I’m no spring chicken so the transition to an IPhone was rather difficult, but Steve was very helpful and patient with me.. The man deserves a raise.

Thank you Metro T-Mobile and Mr. Steve. Wonderful customer service. Amazing to see just how well this business operates. Mr. Steve got me set up on a plan and saved a lot of money. Had a small issue and he called me right back. Awesome. Results! Steve even came and brought me a cold water while activating my phone. Perfect

Repaired my Samsung 8+ phone for about $170 ($100 less than other places), they did a great job appearance wise but the camera rattles a little and it's out of focus slightly, also the volume buttons dont work or the features at the bottom. This was a brand new phone that cracked because I had a knife in my pocket so I kept it lying around and I know it was fine beforehand. I don't plan on taking it back in.inguess you

I’ve been a frequent client at this location since day 1. I’ve had Travis help me out since the day her started! He is amazing gives amazing service and will help you with anything he possibly can! I recommend driving a few extra miles to go to this location! Props to Travis!

Called this store to see how much they could fix my iPhone 11 for and the guy on the phone told me $140. Sent my brother in a week later and they charged him $180. If I’m not mistaken i believe the employee is named Trevor? but he makes up prices as he goes. Took the kid working 15 minutes to get it done but it was probably the worst repair on a phone I’ve ever gotten. My screen barely works now.Everybody always recommended this store to me and I’m not sure why. If you aren’t spending money there they don’t even care to help you. Everyone is constantly getting told to “go to 8 and gratiot”. If you don’t like your job you probably shouldn’t be working there!Metro really needs to work on who they allow to open stores.Making up prices as they go and still charging activation fees on every phone they sell even though metro removed activation fees over a year ago. Over priced accessories and they will never give you an itemized receipt. I guess the owner is just a penny pincher and doesn’t want you to see what he’s actually charging you for.If you’re reading this, please do yourself a HUGE FAVOR and go to a different location.
