HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I’ve never dealt with anything like this! Switched over from Triple AAA 4 FULL COVERAGE VEHICLES. I’ve literally have called nearly EVERYDAY FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS! They have never answers phones NOT ONCE, nor returned my call from the countless voicemails I left. Makes a customer feel real confident in a company huh? Needless to say I’ll be switching within next cpl weeks!

Very unprofessional company and employees. Mainly Anne, she does not stick to her word on anything and then will completely change her story once she is called out on it. Now i see why there are so many bad reviews

The manager Hope leggio realeased my personal policy information to her “friend” who is also my mother. She had another lady rely the message that she only provided her with my adjusters information, I was told I could not speak with the owners. I would not recommend this company at all. I will have my lawyers reaching out.

I have been trying to get in contact with these people for over a month now, regarding my auto policy, still no reply! No call back, nothing. Super unprofessional. Anne said she would email the document I needed to sign, and then NOTHING. I do not understand.

This insurance company, by far, is THE WORST! Anne in the office is totally incompetent. She does not do what she says she'll do. She does not return calls. Absolutely, positively no customer service from her. She should not be in this line of work. Hope, on the other hand, is a joy to work with and totally competent.

I understand the world is going through extremely difficult times right now. However, I have phoned this insurance company several times in the past few weeks to make sure my brother's car insurance has been cancelled (he passed away in January, 2020). I am always told I would get a call back, but no one has returned my calls. All I want is confirmation (preferably in writing or by email) that the policy has been cancelled and the automatic w/d for his premium has been stopped. I can't seem to get any confirmation that this has been done.
