I’ve been going here for almost 7 years but I’m officially done. The second to last time I went, Stephanie (who I LOVE) did my pedi while her MIL, Kelly, did my mani. While getting my mani done, the two of them started a verbal argument with Kelly arguing in Vietnamese and Stephanie in English. Bits and pieces were picked up through the argument and I know this is irrelevant to the service provided, but I’m absolutely on Stephanie’s side. Anyway, Kelly started the argument while doing my nails and it was completely unprofessional to do so in front of myself and other clients in the salon. When I went back for a fill, some new girl was there and Kelly did my fill. I asked my mom about it because we both go, rather went, here and she said Stephanie doesn’t work there anymore. I’m hurt that after 7 years of knowing this family and always going to them for my nails, I’m having to find somewhere new for nails.Aside from all that, though, Patrick will clean your nails by running this thumb nail along your cuticle which hurts, it’s uncomfortable, and is unclean. The salon itself has gone over some redesign which means somehow there’s no where to sit while you wait for someone’s chair to open up?? I understand the problem of maybe not having a babysitter, but they let their child hang out in the salon which is perfectly fine, but he takes up the entire area of what used to be the “waiting room” with toys and blankets. I understand your child comes first in all aspects of life but when you’re trying to run a business, they shouldn’t be disruptive to the environment.

I came to get a pedicure, the door is literally wide open and the open sign is lit. I come to sign in and the lady who sits near the front door says I’m closed now.As a customer how am I suppose to know that you’re closed. I came prior to the closing time you listed on google and I also tried to call prior to my arrival to confirm the establishment was open .

Years ago this use to be a very nice place, however the service and atmosphere has drastically changed. The cleanliness is horrible. Clutter every where. They don't sanitize equipment. Pedicure area not clean, products all over the place not organized. manicure desk still has particles, skin, and dust from previous customers. It only takes a minute to wipe / sanitize the area down. there were no customers in the place and they were on their phones doing nothing.. good grief!!! CLEAN Up!!! Sweep and Mop the floor before you go home.Patrick when doing your nails, instead of using a brush to clean around your nail bed / cuticle he uses his sharp thumb nail, which freaking hurts!!! you could cut the customer with your freaking nails. I wonder if they are even certified to do nails. Oh, and did I mention it's not worth the price. ???All I'm saying is if you own a business at least create an atmosphere so the customer wants to come back, offering excellent customer service. They've become lazy and complacent. #IMDONE

This is one of my favorite places in this area for nails. I think they need to get more colors and could use a few updates, but my shellac nails always look good past two weeks.

I got a gel full set my nails literally began peeling that same day. He layered on so many coats of matte it never even dried and they sent me out cause the first layer appeared to have dried. Now every time I drag my nail against something it leaves a black streak. Waste of $45.

First time here. Called ahead for powder dip and was told the cost was $40. Was seated in front of the price board where I verified the price was $40. After a somewhat painful process I was told the cost was $50. The manicure was an extra $10. I explained I never requested a manicure (although some may think when requesting a manicure you would get a manicure) nor did I see it in the price board. He said $50. I gave him the money in disgust and told him he was dishonest. Feeling robbed.

This place is absolutely horrible! Each nail tech has stuff they do wrong or bad and it's not worth the time or money. I don't think i've ever been to this place and left happy to be honest. The clientele simply doesn't care about the customers, they are rude and will milk you for money. Just paid 50$ for no shape and no design at all just some length. Tried showing the prices THEY HAVE POSTED to the lady , telling her it should be 10-15 dollars less , while she yelled at me. Never going back
