Out of the Krogers in the area I’ve found this one to be easy to access. Haven’t had to watch staff yell at customers and visa versa. I usually only grab a few things at a time though and use self checkout.

I have shopped at this Kroger on a few occasions while in the area.Roberta in the produce section is very kind and helpful. She makes herself available to assist customers even when she's busy doing other tasks.Sonja at the checkout lane is absolutely delightful! She is professional and helpful, yet she has a great sense of humor. That goes a long way in today's world. It's evident that this Kroger location (like many other businesses) is short staffed, but they deliver customer service with a smile. That makes a difference!

A little expensive but I just wanted to share my experience of my most recent trip here. I had my baby and anyone who has been grocery shopping with a baby knows it is not easy. Derrick who was in the produce section at the time (black hat and brown hair) went out of his way to help me get what I needed and made sure I had a great shopping experience! He was super kind and he made my day. Thank you Derrick! Just wanted to make sure he got the recognition he deserved. There are still kind people in the world. :)

I only go here because it is so close and convenient. It’s hard to find what you need in the produce section, it’s mostly empty spaces and picked through left overs. Some employees are nice and friendly and others seem rude and lack personal hygiene. Lines are also VERY long. Especially in self checkout. They only have half of them open at once most of the time.

I love this Kroger but the one older female cashier with white hair whose always wearing a mask and disgusting gloves is very rude and condescending especially to older customers ( I’ve seen her belittle and confuse older folks a few times) I think she needs classes on customer service or they need to send more secret shops her way. Other than her rudeness this location is always nice and clean and less crowded than all the other locations in the area.

There are some very racist employees at this location. If you are black, I urge you to be aware of your surroundings because racial profiling is very real in this store

This used to be my favorite Kroger. It was usually quiet, never too crowded and had everything we needed. Angelo, by far was and is a bright spot of the store as well as all the cashiers and baggers in this store. However, ever since the new Kroger on 9 mike opened, this store is seriously neglected. Produce selection struggles, it’s a 50/50 shot that we can get salami or turkey from the deli, on top of multiple times standing at the deli or bakery watching workers ignore me while they are having conversations. Forget trying to get anything from the meat counter, they are never open, don’t appear to be staffed and the selection of packaged steak which we get once a week is non existent.Basically, if I want to get “fresh” products I have no other choice but to go to the 9 mile Kroger which has a terrible layout, but seems to be fully stocked and staffed.

Why does the bottle return close at 8 (per a worker) when the store does not close till 10? I know they need to shut it down early to close the store but if there are 3 area for bottles and cans leave one open as they start to shut down. Loading and unloading pop bottles/cans is not pleasant especially when it is the only free time to do it at 8:30.

Used to be the “Go-to” Kroger in the Area but ever since the 9mile store opened up, this Kroger is now treated like the unwanted stepchild. Every trip they are at least out of 2 items I need and the isles are always in disarray and getting picked clean. If you have to start investigating when they get supply drops then it’s prolly time to find a new store….

Why close 80 percent of self check out lines after 4pm when most people get off work. To waste their time? Thx
