They have ok customer service at this location. I would not file my taxes again at HR Block because I made an inquiry on a plane ticket that cost more than 1000 and I had gave my card info to secure the discount for the ticket they said I can cancel anytime and get my money back they lied when I tried to dispute with HR Block the card holder they kept hanging up on me I had to call multiple times. Then when I went into one of the other locations I told the tax preparer my situation while also trying to file my taxes we called together in the middle of the call it got disconnected I ask her if we can call back she insist I do it alone which I did they said they'll process the claim and I will get a new card with my funds returned I got the email about it and letter just today as to why the denied the claim I am disguised with this company!!!!!

I was given an appointment at a location that isn’t even open. And after I drove to this location I was treated extraordinarily rudely. Clearly it’s time to retire.
