Ace generally has everything I need and I can shop near me and not have to go to Home Depot. This is a nice clean and well run store.

DO NOT PLACE ONLINE PICKUP FROM THIS ACE HARDWARE. BOTH TIMES I WAITED ALMOST A HALF HOUR BECAUSE THERE STAFF SITS THERE AND DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THE WHOLE TIME ITS REDICULOUS. I’ve never had to write a review until now this is insane do not place online orders from here.

Placed an order for a Dewalt Inflator that came with a free battery, order was cancelled due to not having the free battery in stock, was told once the battery was in stock they’d notify me to complete the order, now I’m told promotion has ended and to purchase both separately, don’t advertise for a promotion and tell someone you’d let them know when product is back in stock to just remove the promotion and never get back to customer. Poor business practices.

Jerry the manager at this store is wonderful...I came into the store to buy an patio umbrella for $39.00 on sale...I went in an bought it but it was $65.00.they told me because it was an online disc. only...this is really dumb....so I thought..lesson learned and I told the manager that I would still take the umbrella because I didn't want to have to go home an order it on line just to come back an pick it up...He apologized and I said ok...Welllll, he called back and gave me the discount anyway...I couldn't thank him enough..This is great customer service..Thank you ACE for hiring smart people to run there stores...
PS...I just ordered another Patio umbrella on line to pick up tomorrow.....
