This was a great experience on Friday, 7/19/24. Two of us came in without an appointment and quite upset due to the event we were to attend the next day. Although person who checked us in showed no Empathy, both stylists were outstanding! As we left, we faced the world with stylish cuts , renewed confidence and to many compliments. Thank you, Great Clips.

Very disappointed in my experience here today. My first indication that I should have left was the hairstylist not knowing what an undercut was.
After showing examples of undercuts, where all the examplee I pointed out had longer tops and the sides cut short the stylist proceeded to cut the top of my hair without even asking if I wanted it trimmed down. Im using trimmed loosely here as she cut at least an inch off.
Will not be coming back as the stylists clearly don't know modern haircuts and can't even follow along when shown picture examples.
