I just financed an auto loan through my business, and my loan officer, Andre, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my car on time so I could carry on with business. He was also very helpful, thorough, and pleasant to work with. If you need a business loan, FSB is your bank!”
“We had an excellent experience and wanted to commend Mo'NASIA for an amazing hour representing P*N*C and OPENING an Account. After being disgusted and asking myself WHY I STAY at Huntington ( easy: the 1 Day Grace ) and 1. no call back -though they stated they saw call to Branch 2. BadAttitude and you're NO Lady Gaga 3. RUUUUUDE 4. 5 attempts in last 6mos to simply go IN with Daughter, Open Account for $ she has earned and is SaVING and 5. apparently someone of some stature came out to listen to the exchange (Where I calmly but assertively asked THEN WHEN ? WHEN can we do Business) I left. But that's another review. M'Nasia is incredible. Well-versed on products (accounts) , professional, spoke directly to my daughter as well and just EXCELLENT. “The best staff! I walked in and was welcomed by both employees I saw in the building. The teller was so sweet and got everything I needed taken care of in less than 5 minutes. It wasn’t rushed, she just was that good at her job. Such friendly smiles, and a beautiful building inside and out. I love this Bank of America! “The new version of confirming deposit does not furnish confidence. Asking "how much is here" IS NOT the same as saying " I have xx$ here, is that correct". Not a fan of this new way.”
