The most kind and understanding plumbing supply store I’ve ever been to. They were able to find a very rare part for me and since they didn’t have it in stock they went above and beyond and found it for me on Amazon. Highly recommend.

Had a situation yesterday and needed a new toilet. I called Luke (I work for a plumbing company in the area) and he immediately contacted Dave to help me out! Both were so helpful and kind. Dave loaded the toilet and I was on my way. Best and quickest customer service.

Needed help with flapper on toilet and these guys were awesome considering I only spent $7.00 and went back three times (our issue) and each time service with a smile and a solution. Too bad more places don't practice awesome customer service. Spent seven bucks and was treated like I spent thousands! Definitely a ten and a company not afraid to help their customers. We have made this our go to place for all things plumbing. Many thanks.

I would like to commend the employees for their kind and knowledgeable service today! I believe the gentleman we worked with was Dave. Michael Avery at their St Clair Shores location has got to be my favorite guy when I go there he's always very professional always helps me find the part even if I don't know exactly what unit it is and puts in the extra time and effort to make sure that the customers are happy.Damien Detroit Furnace and Plumbing

Seems like a great place if you're a professional in the trade but not so much for the DIYer based on staff's desire to help and the fact they close at 4pm during the week and not open on weekends (hard for most DIYers to get there during the week or when most projects happen on the weekend).
