Had a situation yesterday and needed a new toilet. I called Luke (I work for a plumbing company in the area) and he immediately contacted Dave to help me out! Both were so helpful and kind. Dave loaded the toilet and I was on my way. Best and quickest customer service.

Michael Avery at their St Clair Shores location has got to be my favorite guy when I go there he's always very professional always helps me find the part even if I don't know exactly what unit it is and puts in the extra time and effort to make sure that the customers are happy.Damien Detroit Furnace and Plumbing
