My salesman was Carl who did an excellent job from start to finish through the entire process. He did give me a price however that his boss Mike did not honor. From that point Mike essentially took over the sale and using his sad story about losing his grandfather convinced me to follow through with the deal even though the price moved a few grand. I came from out of state and was trading in a 60k escalade which was literally just serviced by a dealer less than 3 thousand miles prior to this trade. After less than 1 thousand miles driven in my new to me g wagon, i could smell antifreeze and visually see it leaking onto the manifold. I immediately notified Carl to see if there's anything essentially that can be done which is when Mike got involved once again and proceeded to tell me my vehicle I traded was repainted and needed 5 thousand dollars worth of service and of course he was willing to do nothing. Following that exchange which got heated, my title finally arrived from envy auto and when I went to the notary to transfer, found out the paperwork was done incorrectly. The bright spot of the transaction was envy auto overnighted the paperwork filled out correctly. Since that exchange went rather smoothly I decided to reach out to Mike to see if a warranty would be an option in order to take care of the antifreeze leak, he did say he would check but I never heard from him again. Overall my experience was not pleasant

Business was quick and simple the owner/manager was very respectful and helpful, gave us the best deal and had us driving home with a brand new car for the best deal in no time! Definitely come check them out!

I purchased a 1988 Porsche 944 turbo from Mike and his team. They were very knowledgeable, honest and did what ever it took to make sure the car was ready and 100%. Mike also helped me connect with the previous owner so I could could get all of the history of the car and have 100% of the car's story. I expect to purchase more exotic cars from Mike and his team in the future.

Had an amazing experience with this company. I was in the market for Maserati and the owner went above and beyond with finding me the perfect vehicle. The car came in amazing and I am now getting my car wrapped by them to fully customize it. Anytime I text or call they never fail to respond and take care of my auto needs! One thing to takeaway is that customer service is above and beyond!

Maybe I missed something...called to purchase a 2019 GT3RS. Had payment ready and was ready for full-price purchase. Had 2 conversations with Rob Roque who assured me the deal was on. Then he ghosted me...didn't answer any of my calls or return emails/texts. Boutique Auto Shop? How the hell do you stay in business when you're so lax (absent) on a deal for a $280,000 vehicle? Bizarre experience. I moved on and purchased one elsewhere 2 days later and received professional service from a different dealer.

I recently purchased a 2018 Range Rover from Mike and his team at Envy. I was referred by one of my friends, and couldn't be happier with my experience and car. Mike really went above and beyond with the delivery and even wrapped the car matte black for me! I would highly recommend these guys!!

First I would like to say that I really can't believe I am having to write this review. Mike (owner) who I spoke with numerous times during my recent transaction on my Rolls Royce Wraith sure came across as an honest and good guy. We had even talked about doing other business here where I live in NC. I also trusted them at this point so much that I contracted and paid extra for some custom work "lowering module to be installed and smoke taillights. Also as luck would have it we even had a friend in common the manager at my local RR dealership which I knew from my past cars at the dealership. I purchased the Wraith from Michael's company Envy Auto Group in late March, I was assured more than one time that the car in their own words, "that the car had been gone over thoroughly by THEIR shop and was as close to 100% as a used car could be . So here is the rest of the story. I met the transporter and the minute I got in the car I noticed that the passenger door handle had grease on it and the the unlock grommet on the drivers door was broken and the latch knob on the passenger door was missing, just a hole. Not so bad I thought would take it to my dealership and have them take a look. I have had another RR prior so not my first visit to my local dealership. Also, I noticed the car seemed really loud for a Rolls and the steering had a shake. Still not so bad, would have the dealership check So I called and made an appt. at my dealership The dealership took my car in that morning I showed the my list of concerns from above and asked them to do a NC inspection on the car. I get a call from the dealership later asking if I had a few min. to talk. The dealership informed me that the car's brakes were so bad that they were metal on metal and the car could not even pass a basic NC inspection. Also was informed that the RR original exhaust had been cut off and an aftermarket exhaust installed (never disclosed to me by Envy) and that was the source of the horribly loud droning noise inside the car. Also informed that someone had been inside the passenger door and in doing so had broke the lock indicator that was missing and it was laying inside the door panel. ALSO to top it all off that their was a MAJOR oil leak, and that in their words could NEVER had been missed even if they had just simply changed the oil like they had advised me had been done. In addition the drivers side front wheel had a VERY significant bend and can't be straightened and therefore another wheel will have to be purchased. So all in all when my thoroughly serviced Rolls arrived here from Envy Auto Group it arrived with a $13,000.00 Service bill at my dealership a $4,000.00 Muffler replacement so it did not sound like was driving a Mustang and not a Wraith and a $1,800.00 wheel bill So all in all Envy Auto Group and Michael have now stuck me with a $20,000 bill upon my car's arrival. I spoke with Michael about this he was apologetic and said he wanted to talk and try to work something out that was fair for both of us. I completely agreed and wanted him to know that not in ANY way did I expect him to be responsible for ALL of the repairs but if he could help a little I would be greatly appreciative. He said he would. I text him after not hearing from him after 4 days he text me back and said he was really busy and that he would call and wanted to have a few minutes to go over everything. It has been nearly a week now since my last contact with him and he has stopped returning my text all together. Only leaves me to believe that Envy Auto Group does not stand behind their cars and does not honor their word to their customers! STAY AWAY from this company at all costs! I will have the car repaired properly and my local Rolls Royce dealership has been EXTREMELY gracious and has even helped with some of the labor cost when they had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with this situation Mack, Bobby and his team at RR Raleigh have been MORE than gracious.
