Short, heavy set, black woman is the reason people stay away from this Dollar Tree. She talks way too much. She is extremely unfocused. She over rang more than 7 items. She proceeded to tell me that's why I should be watching what she was ringing. Blaming the register for double ringing when she lost track because of her talking. If you have patience, you're not in a hurry or want to hear her personal life, go there.

Store itself is okay and most of the staff is cool except one lady who is very rude and pushy. She's and older black woman with short hair, I've seen her shame over weight people trying to buy food, she will snap at you if you don't do things exactly how she wants you to, rolls her eyes constantly, she shames and treats you like a child if you don't leave you items in the basket even though no one else there asks that, she ignores people on her line to talk to her friends, she has called customer needy and says things like "oh I guess you're just special huh" if she doesn't want to ring them out. She just seems like someone who shouldn't work with the public with the way she treats them.

Only one cashier open while the 'manager' walks around stocking which can obviously wait. 15 people in line and NO help. I wait in line for 20 minutes (with one item) and then told there was no cash in the drawer (as I wanted to get cash back from my debit card). You are able to get up to $50 in cash back. Get it together and do better!

As I walked in this morning, I noticed a terrible smell in the glassed-in vestibule. I looked around and there was trash all over the floor.When I got inside, I saw a female employee stocking the shelves. I said to her, "Someone needs to attend to the vestibule, it stinks". She said, "I never noticed it". I said, "Then go out and smell it. And while your out there, notice all the trash on the floor." She, in a not-so-pleasant tone said, "That's because our customers throw it there".Things went downhill front there and I walked out stating I would never return. Then I told her to F___ Off as she followed me out of the store.Is there any civility with employees today. I was just pointing out a situation that would make the store more inviting to customers.There are plenty of other dollar stores on the area that are a lot cleaner. I'll never return.

This Dollar Tree has gone down the hill over the years. This place is so slow. They have the slowest cashiers in there. One who's just standing at the register with her light off talking to people instead of helping with the lines that are going way down the aisle way. There's one older lady who's so rude. This Dollar Tree is poorly run but unfortunately it's only one close to my house

Beware of this location. There is a woman on the register who scams customers. The first time this happened, she walked away from the register to show me different cleaning wipes that they had so I could switch out the ones I had originally picked up. She ended up still scanning the one I was going to trade them out for while I wasn’t looking and I didn’t realize until I was at home. I also was charged for laundry detergent that never made it home with me and I thought that was really weird because they normally bag everything at the end of the counter. Well today this same woman also walked away from the register again while she was helping me and there is a lighter (for candles) in my bag that I 100% never wanted or even picked up. I didn’t realize this until I emptied my bags at home. She also didn’t give me a receipt but tried to embarrass me by saying loudly “um you’re done here, you’re all set.” So I thought maybe she put the receipt in the bag and I was mistaken. Nope. I was likely charged for something she threw in my bag that I never wanted. I don’t know what she gets out of doing this, but the fact this happened on more than one occasion is alarming.

Very disappointed, stood in line for ever cashier was to talkative to a point the line was down the isle on top of she was the only person. Added another star because the cashier in there yesterday was fast sweet and move us along quickly that way we didn't stand long in line?
