just want to let you guys know that there's a new store opening up in Oxford Michigan it is right by my house it's in walking distance on my house just to let you guys know I don't drive so this would've been an awesome sort of work for but come to find out Harbor freight does not hire anybody that has a disability They discourage anybody has a disability to work there so if you guys see this post I would not hire into Harbor freight if you have a disability in Harbor freight they suck

Was there to refill propane employee didn't waigh tanks and charged me 20.99 witch more than the gas station does for an exchange why provide a service when all you're really trying to do is do propane exchanges but ace hardware is the place 15.99 to fill wow way to offer a service

If I could give less than one star this place definitely deserves less than one star. Their idea of customer service is nothing. They refuse to exchange something bought from their store with a receipt because the tag was missing. This is a Carhartt jacket brand name they had the exact correct size but still refused to do the exchange. Customer you need to beware before you shop at DeRonne True Value Hardware you know you are paying top dollar and you would expect to get customer service. But no you pay top dollar and get no customer service please do not shop at DeRonne True Value Hardware a better name for them would be DeRonne No Value Hardware. Manager was basically rude and arrogant.

I like the store and the original founder was a very nice man.The rewards program sadly is a joke. I signed up years ago and registered in both stores yet in the store all I ever get is no such account, even when I show them the frequent emails I get regarding my account.

I came in looking for a specific Christmas gift and was helped immediately by 3 different employees. They were incredibly kind and helpful and went in the back and had exactly what I needed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I looked everywhere for this specific item. Can’t say enough good things!

New to area, and DeRonnie was recommended by others to take snowblower in for tuneup. 8/6/23 took it in. 8/12/23 brought it home wouldn’t start. Took it back they said it was a needle valve. Picked it up and again wouldn’t start. Took it back even though mechanic wrote started and runs great. Took it back a third time still wouldn’t start, two weeks later 9/23/23, picked it up. It starts but back fires, pops and it struggles to keep running. Will never go back. Taking to another shop to fix a simple engine. Do not know how they have such great reviews.

Store in S.C.S. is close to home. Went to purchase an item. Item at display had a price, checkout had a price twice the amount. Had someone check the price and confirm the price I saw. Than a manager said no. Between other problems I've had with your business, I will NOT return.

Please don't waste your time calling this place. They put you on hold forever and then hung up on you. I was to see if they had my part, and Alex had no clue what I was talking about, so he said I would get the manager's help. The manager knew what part I needed and put me on hold for over 45mins never heard back from anyone. I guess I will order it from Amazon instead. Maybe they don't want my money or business?
