I went to this location to get another card and the woman just ignored the fact I was just sitting waiting for over 15 minutes until finally someone finally said something. The bank was completely empty.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT CITIZENS BANK!
I received a promotional offer in the mail from Citizens to open a checking account and savings account.
So, I opened these accounts, only to have them be closed within days -- without warning and without ANY explanation from the bank.
An associate took a guess as to why my accounts had been closed; one of them said they would find out why and give me an explanation by calling me on the phone -- they never called.
The associates were generally unsympathetic as well, offering no sincere apologies.
Why was I given the offer if my accounts were just going to be closed? Why were they closed? Why wasn't I called back? Why is no explanation forthcoming from the bank?
Anyway, this is a bush league operation. Stay away.

Ask for Joan when banking here, others working are usually a little inexperienced and careless beyond simple deposits and withdrawals. Coming here 22yrs since was First Federal.
