When I showed up at 4:30pm I saw them pulling out and leaving their open signs on so I thought it was a customer leaving. The door was locked and no answer when I called . I needed my glass I payed in full and now we gotta wait 3 more days.Other machine at work can't be used till we get this glass and we work weekends. Can't count on them

Great experience using Bradford Glass to remove and replace a large vanity mirror. From scheduling the first appointment and removal of old mirror (Shout out Joaquin and John) to the final install of the new mirror everything was handled professionally. Thanks, Larry and Shane who measured for and impressively installed the new 79" x 45" mirror. It's a thing of beauty.

Dealership wanted to charge over $7k to replace, and said it was impossible to even close a stuck sunroof. In under an hour, not only isolated it to the motor, but got the sunroof shut and sealed for minimal cost. Drive by them all the time, but never thought about them for my vehicle. Will think better next time! Great service, knowledgeable techs, great pricing!

On a whim, I stopped in seeking scrap glass to use for my hobbies. Just small pieces. Spoke to a lady, but did not get her name at their 9 Mile location. She understood what I was looking for, but they moved all that kind of work to the location on Little Mack just past 10 Mile. She gave me a card with the address so I could use maps and a general area. I had time, it seemed early enough still, so I rode over on my mobility device. If they were closed, nice enough day. When I got there, light off, door locked, ok, I need to come back. I had to turn around, and as I went around the building, one of their vans had its door open, maybe I was lucky. I seen open doors, I tried my luck. I pardoned myself, and asked my silly question about scrap glass. I asked about 3x4 scrap pieces. At first he thought I meant feet, then I said inches. I explained why, another gentleman said cut the pieces for her. The man that helped me was Joaquin and another whom I did not get a name. They were both so gracious and nice. They cut a few pieces of 3x4 INCHES lol, cleaned them up, softened the edges so they were not sharp. My god, so many wonderful and nice people still in the world. Bradford Glass I cannot say thank you enough! THANK YOU! You will always be the one I speak highly of and tell people to speak to if they ever need glass anything!

Had John and his team come out and install several new mirrors and they look beautiful. Also, had him replace a broken mirror that matched up perfectly with the ones next to it. Highly recommended for all your glass needs!

Yes I was recommend to this place and they do good window jobs very kind of expensive but it's worth the price and yes they are very friendly and I'm yet to see the job done and I'm sure it would be just fine

Larry and Shane did an incredible job with my storm windows and screens! They went above and beyond taking care of my old windows I wanted to keep. The storm windows are great, I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 recommend.

We did a remodel on our small bathroom even turn the bathroom closet into a walk-in shower. We used a store bought shower door which didn’t last and curtain for the walk-in…..TACKY! Bradford came and changed the whole look. Worth every dollar and the guys did a great job.
