Horrible!!!! They quoted us a price and when we picked my car up it was 3 times the amount originally quoted. They ordered parts without asking after calling amd saying the car was ready. I don't know it all seemed off and all to get more money. We most definitely will not be returning for any type of service.

I have to say the level of service at Banner is unparalleled! From the start they were friendly and professional. I had some serious brake problems and Banner took me immediately when other service centers wouldn’t even talk to me for three weeks! Banner accommodated me in every necessary manner. I can’t say enough. Thanks to everyone At Banner Auto!

I would not recommend this place at all. I had come in to have my struts/shocks replaced and guess what, a year later they need to be replaced again. Fortunately for Banner I'm 2 weeks out of warranty. I had visited this store twice 2 weeks apart and for a problem that needed to be fixed on the back two tires and then the front two tires. I was told the price would be lower for the front two tires but it ended up being more because they added "new fees" within that week. I would certainly not take my car here, try to find a reputable mechanic that isn't trying to make a quick buck of you.

Z and his crew saved me over 25% of my original quote from a competitor. The service was great, the place is very clean, and super friendly service people. I would highly recommend will return future service needs.

The only place I trust with my car! Z does a great job and is always getting me in on short notice, always has my car fixed fast and is very affordable. Amazing customer service and the shop itself is comfortable if you have to wait for a bit. Super reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!!

I recently had my truck serviced at Banner Auto to repair my hood and side mirror, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Zee did an exceptional job from start to finish.
Zee’s customer service was impressive. Despite being busy, the shop managed to complete the repairs within the promised timeframe, and I appreciated the timely updates throughout the process.

Brought my boyfriend’s car to have them do an alignment and they completed messed up everything else they touched. The handle to open the hood was completely broken off and they didn’t even tell him until he called later on that day and asked what happened, so then we had to drive back because they didn’t tell him about it. They also messed up the lower panel below the door when they took it off, they randomly screwed in screws that weren’t there to begin with and now he can’t even open the door with out it getting caught on each other. Overall not a good place to bring your car, they don’t own up to their mistakes where if they would of just been like “hey we broke off the hood handle” it would of been fine but they didn’t own up to it and messed everything else up on his car.

So happy to finally find a shop in the area that I trust & that does great work!!!! I'm not the best at taking care of my vehicle so I've brought it here twice for some work to be done. I was able to bring it in right away, I heard back from them as soon as they found out the issue(s) & they started working on it right away.
A lot of places lack good professional customer service, but not here, especially Z, he is extremely helpful ?
