I was apprehensive about coming here because of the bad reviews & some of the pictures, but I had a great experience that far exceeded my expectations! I got a regular manicure (the uneven nails are because I broke them & asked her to leave the others long) & a gel pedicure. The price was great & she did a great job on both! I'd pay that much on a manicure alone at other shops!

I’ve gone to this place for a long time but I question their new “we take walk-ins and appointments” policy. My mother was told one day last week that they were booked and that they have a new appt policy. She went home and made appts for us both. When we got there, I observed various customers being told different things. Some were told “we’re booked”, others told to come back at a specific time, and it appeared some without appts were serviced. Why are some walk-ins told “we’re booked” when your posted policy states you still take walk-ins? I understand about staffing issues and longer wait times but I can tell when something is off and a policy isn’t being followed consistently. It seems like a cover for “we service some and not others”. It gave me a bad feeling. I don’t plan on going back.

I went in and asked for a fill in and pedicure. I waited about a half hour which was fine. However after the pedicure I noticed my nails were uneven and she didn't clean the cuticles or anything. When I said something she called over Vivian and she said she couldn't do anything. And during my fill in she cut 3 of my fingers with the electric file. The shape was off so I said something again and Vivian was called over because the mom can barely speak English. Vivian said it wasn't a big deal. I immediately got upset and did not have them complete my service. I WILL NEVER go here again. I am pretty easy going, but they made me feel as if I did something wrong. I do not recommend this location.

Professional Team, suggest making appoint if they are still taking appointments in stead of walking in. Technicians are very pleasant.
