„Terrible/ horrible / worse place ever „
My experience completely matches the reviews below. This evening me and my 10 year old son experienced verbal assault from the employee everyone is referring to in their reviews. My son kept the door open for me when I was grabbing my purse and was proud to kindly keep it open for other costumers. He opened it too far and door came of the top hinge that keeps the door from slamming, he did not realize it and the man kept yelling at him and started coming out from behind the counter continuously yelling. I didn’t realize he was yelling at my son initially, thinking he was excited about something but he kept yelling and being verbally abusive and hostile even though I asked him to stop and the door hinge was inserted back quickly by one of the kind bystanders who also kept asking the man to stop yelling. My son cried as he was terrified , corporate was called and incident reported and report will be made for verbal assult of a minor. This is the worst place ever. Ikbahd I guess is a horrible human and should not be working in customer service. As a business owner myself and member of the community I am appalled at this man’s behavior. I agree that no one should support this establishment until they do better, hire better, train better , manage better. My family won’t be shopping there and I will encourage my friends to do the same.
Also WASH YOUR DIRTY HANDS THOSE ARE NOT CLEAN YOUR NAILS ARE BLACK FROM DIRT. Time for health department visit and corporate check!

I go here quite often. Great people work here except one nimrod. I went to get my chew tobacco today & guess who was there? I ask for my chew tobacco as he takes a can from my hand to compare. He comes back with something different. The one I wanted was right next to where he picked from. He said here, and waited for my response. I asked him if those even looked alike? One is green, the other yellow. One is quite bigger than the other. So he answered, cocky, yea! I said they weren't, then he screamed, Then go some place else!!! Wow!? You're obviously not the owner... So I ask if I can talk to someone else. He said yes, so I waited. I can see my chew on the shelf. After asking a second time to speak with someone else, he then grabbed the right one and said, Here! I told him I still wanted to talk to somebody else. He started to scream, Leave!! Get Out!!! How embarrassing! So I turned and left. Once home I called their headquarters to let them know what happened. He seemed concerned. Then he put me on a "brief" hold so he could get more info. 12 minutes later we were mysteriously disconnected. It's a dog gone shame they let people like this "serve" the public.
Why can't I pick out what brand & flavor I want? Do you own interest in the other one?
This place is conveniently located by my house, but I will NEVER go there again ..

If I could leave no stars I would. Was there today around 6 and the man working was one of the rudest human beings I've ever met. I asked where the atm was and he birated me for it. Im sorry if you hate your job or your life or whatever but you don't need to take it out on PAYING customers. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Will never go back....from the rating this place has I'm assuming there are a lot of other people that aren't going back either. People like you are bad for business.

This is the worst place ever. Ikbahd is a horrible human and should not be working in customer service. As a business owner and member of the community I am appalled at this man’s behavior. I recommend no one patronize this establishment until they hide better help. TERRIBLE. Hall of shame

Indian Lady is rude and I will never be back here!! I go in there everyday and spend $20 I guess Kroger will get my money now!! To bad I couldn’t put zero stars !!!! I will be telling all my friends and customers never to go in there it’s not worth it!!!

Won't stay open 24 hours. I've come before very late, and the cashier complained that I came in. Now I come late and they stuck a note on the door saying closed till 6 am.The entire place is lit up, and an employees car is here. Whoever is working the overnight shift of this 711 just does not want customers to walk in.

Horrible place for any convience. The Indian couple that own/run the place are down right a disgrace to the community. Taking away the idea of America being the melting pot. Their son is cool, but after turning down my lotto ticket since I had asked about the 2 for $5.53 red bull deal and demanding I go to Kroger in order to get my red bull and turn in my lotto ticket, which really upset me as I was the only customer in the store. Here is the review I promised I hope your hearts lighten. In God we trust.

I go there every morning to snag an ice coffee (hot coffee come winter season) and an occasional snack. Always treated with respect and enjoy very friendly service. The place is kept clean and very well stocked.

The guy who runs this store is a miserable and very pathetic individual who I watched openly mock (not in a playful way) a paying customer who asked a simple question about a product sold at the store. The owner/manager is an unpleasant and sad person. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

Awful customer service. Very rude. Mr. at counter should be in the back, not humiliating customers. Very confrontational!! I live down the street but will never go back. There are other 711stores in the area.
