Dan was great! Super easy fast deal. We did a lot of the paperwork via phone text, the whole delivery only took about 20 minutes. I even had some unexpected SOS issues, and he walked me through that too. I love my new Pacifica. It’s what I needed for now

Helpful staff. They gave us a great price on Jeep. Even went to dealer in PA and got it for us, not cost.
Update. Went there again to get new vehicle. Treated very well. Staff honest. They honor process listed on website and car gurus. I think prices are fair as well. Got a low mileage compass for great price. Nathan was helpful and not pushy. If you’re looking for a Jeep, this is the place to go.

Negative stars. Find literally any other dealer. If you can’t, be sure to have a good lawyer. I spent a week in fear for mine and my children’s safety after receiving threats from the manager demanding we give them more money after completing the sale. The only pleasant person at this dealership was Neida, and after coming back from a test drive she told us someone else had been assigned to earn her commission after he did literally nothing. She deserves better.

Absolutely fantastic experience buying my truck.everything was as painless as possible and Neida went above and beyond when my bank was slow sending the wire transfer and made sure I was able to leave with my truck when I came down. Highly recommend these amazing people if you are shopping g for a vehicle!

Second car we have bought at Henkel. Happy both times. Nick was great salesman. Recently we bought a 2023 Jeep Compass with less then 1000 miles! Go in and see them, you’ll be happy you did.

Bought a jeep wrangler and it was a terrible experience. The car was not at all cleaned and when requested for cleaning the rep said it's weekend and he can't do anything about. They promised to send floor mats over mail as it was Saturday and the parts store is closed but never received it. Beware of the sales agents here especially Casey.
