my new prescription came in thurs.. they said they would call when it came in. apparently they were having trouble with their phones because the phone only rang untill it shut off. went down there today.

I saw there were a bunch of low reviews but when I actually went in I talked to the nicest and most helpful staff at the pharmacy who took extra time to help me understand my medication and billing and get me the best payment option. (Thanks Madison!) That and the cashier was also super nice and funny.

The store was dirty. When I told the Mgr that the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks, she said Rite Aid (the company) canceled the cleaning contract. It shows.Also, the glass door coolers have been out of service for a long time.Fix it, or sell it to Walgreens.
