Wrote down my credit card details on a piece of paper than wanted to argue with me about it being insecure. Said it's the same as putting it on a website which it's not. That's encrypted. Had to cancel my card just to feel safe in 2024. Get with the times!

Have used their services multiple times, including impound. Haven't had any issues with them myself, and the fees seem reasonable compared to other places. There's an extra charge for vehicles with no keys, but that's to be expected.

Very rude customer service. Please learn how to talk to customers. Not just one person. Dispatch yesterday was snippy with us, and today when I called to find my car the man snapped at me... you dropped it off, and didn't give the keys to the service place, didn't even let them know it was there. Please work on this.
