The management has some serious problems with customers. They have new employees there almost every other day that don't want to stay because of management being corrupt. They don't seem to care about their employees whatsoever. They even let certain people keep a tab which is theft. My advice is to keep driving until you hit the next gas station!

PS Food Mart has competitive prices and the best car wash in town and the west side of Jackson. The soft cloth wash is very thorough when it cleans your car. The car wash also has many different wash options at various price points, to meet the needs of each car owner. There is also a Subway restaurant in the Food Mart that is well run and clean. Between the Food Mart and the Subway, there are many options for the hungry traveler. All in all, it is an excellent place to stop.

I told the cashier that I was making 3 transactions. He said ok. Then after the first transaction he refused to do my other 2. He was extremely rude. Won't be coming back even though I live down the roas.

I go inside about once a month to use the facilities. I might have seen the same person before behind the register. The place is your typical corporate gas station where the management does not interact with the lowend employees. Not that great, but in todays econmony, it might be better than most.

car wash sucks, attendant wanted to argue with me over a refund meanwhile my car has un rinsed wax all over it. had to give personal info for refund, name and phone. attendants are always rude and slow, long lines, no surprise with the scummy trailer park out back where most of their employees stem from. keep going in either direction and hit the next stop is my advice.
