“So I normally have great postal service but today was different...a man delivered my package(an older man with white hair, stocky build) he delivered it to my porch and then left, my husband came home shortly after and had another package with him by the same company and said he found it half way down the driveway in the weeds...WTH must be he was way to busy to come back and give me the other package .Parma Post Office in Michigan”
“Always very friendly. They never complain about the amount or size of the packages I give them. My only issue (which is probably one of theirs too) is that they have very little space for supplies or places to store packages that are ready for pickup. Sometimes they have to adjust all the packages they’re brought before they can help me at the desk.”

“My last few visits have been pretty great! I will say There were a few folks who worked there that were really unpleasant. I don't know if they retired or what, but the new faces that I've seen recently have been delightful, informative, and incredibly helpful.
