“Started going with Victory Lane after Valvoline tried to sell me a new engine (exaggerating) but it was getting ridiculous. Victory Lane guys awesome, know their stuff, reasonably priced and friendly. Also make sure your good to get back on the road without up selling you an engine. ?”

“Pretty much the only shop I trust. As a 30-something female who knows nothing about cars, the owner never treats me any differently than any other customer. He is honest and fair and tells you like it is. I recently went to a different shop and was quoted almost $4k for a repair. Josh told me the same repair would be almost $2k at his shop, but he didn't think that was the real issue. Turns out he was right and there was actually nothing to repair! I would give 100 stars if I could!”
“Xpert auto is the best! They are super competent, respectful, and prices are reasonable and consistent. Everything is shared ahead of time and options are given based on the situation. Mike will let you know what is urgent, can wait until later, or optional. He'll also let you know when it's time to get rid of the car. No surprises! My family has been going there for almost 10 years.”

“They don’t recommend unnecessary service. Fosters does what they say they will and have always done a great job fixing all the vehicle trouble I’ve brought them.
Pricing is great and this place is not out to take advantage of folks which is awesome! It would be very hard to even consider taking my vehicles anywhere else since fosters does such a great job!
Oh and one more thing: The staff here has a culture of being friendly and taking care of the people they serve. It’s such a blessing to interact with such friendly folks.”

“Honest, great customer service and quality work at a very fair price! Would highly recommend!Our Experience:We took our 11 year old Traverse to them as it was overheating from a bad radiator and dead fan. They quoted us a very fair price, I thanked them but I told them we just weren't sure it was worth repairing as it was already having some transmission issues. (We had been told by 2 other places we needed a new transmission and we were just driving it till it died, as a new transmission cost more then what the vehicle was worth).So they went back out to the vehicle and checked on it, repaired a cable for us fixing the transmission issues. (We had a hard time believing that it was fixed but after driving it home and couple times around home so as not to overheat it, we realized the transmission was fine, it really was just the cable)!So then we scheduled to come back and have the radiator and fan repaired. They repaired both those items in less time then they anticipated and did an oil change for us, then charged us less than the original quote!I have never had a mechanic save me so much money in unnecessary repairs, complete a task timely and accurately, and then charge less money for the work they quoted. They have our business for life!”
“In the last six months I have had two chip fixes and two windshield replacements on the same car. They are always extremely quick and helpful!!! The whole team from office to installation are always polite and willing to go the extra mile to help you!!! “Excellent customer service. Dillion was very friendly and knowledgeable, I live out of state and had car issues while visiting family in jackson. They were able to get me in and everything fixed in the same day. I think pricing is good but I didn't call around to see what other prices were, but I was good with what I was charged. I'm very happy with the service I received and will come back if I have any other car issues.”

“It's rare nowadays to be provided service with a smile and a handshake...I received just that with Roger from Kellogg Complete Auto Service! My daughter was traveling on I-94 from her summer research job at Albion College to Jackson for a late afternoon appointment on 06/21/2023. She was driving behind a semi that lost a tire tread which she ran over causing part of the underbody protector on her car to come loose and drag. I called Kellogg Complete Auto Service to see if they could fit her in right away to take a look at it. Roger said, "Have her bring it now if she can!" He was able to remove the damaged part and get her back on the road! He went above and beyond for us and to top it off, even called to assure me her car was drivable! I am so grateful to Roger for the peace of mind he provided me and getting my daughter safely back on the road. Kellogg Complete Auto Service certainly deserves 5 stars!!!”

I have the same vehicle today and it’s got almost 3hundred thousand miles, runs like a champ. Kirk has been my only mechanic. He’s that guy when it comes to vehicles. I don’t allow anyone else to work on my car, All my family & friends use him. If you want it done right the first time take your vehicle to auto wrenchers..”
“My service engine light came on as I was on I94 near Jackson on a Sunday. I pulled off and left the car at Buz's. I called on Monday, and they had it done on Tuesday even though they were booked. Good price too!”

“Grate company to unload, friendly security guard and other workers. I have stock on the shoulder by this company do to a winter storm and security guard gave me some salt to throw under the tiers it didn’t help much, after a while the snow removal guy who works for this company came by and got of snow out of me way and pulled me out with tow chains. I really do appreciate people who work here wonderful stuff.”
