We did not have agood experience.We purchased a new travel trailer in December 21st in Grand rapids.After talking to Chris we were assured the area was safe.During the the period between February 6th and March 14th someone stole 2 -30 lb full propane tanks and the battery.No cameras,no liability,no empathy,no apology. $500. That'a my review.

Wow, what an awesome place to store your loved belongings. VERY clean, quite, convenient. Todd is such a delight to get you started! I was in and out, had a storage unit within 10 minutes and even got half off my first month's storage rent! I will definitly use again in the future, very impressed!

We stopped they have pallet sales they had great items in boxes ...You buy the whole.pallet and.take it with you ... They rang from 250.00 - 550.00 at that time all pallets are priced different and none have the same things in them.. All this merchandise comes from Lowes.

The facility was clean and appeared well maintained. Kellie H. was knowledgeable and very friendly. Secured entrance gate and secured building doors for interior units. The hallways looked clean and well lit. The unit itself was clean with roll-up style doors.

These people are awesome. What an amazing place!! Very clean facility and professional. I was helped by Todd and when I went in there today Jenny helped me and she was very very helpful and I appreciate all the work they did for me. If you're looking for a secure and clean facility. This is the place to go in Rockford Sparta area. I've used this two different times. Will always be a repeat customer if needed.Thank you!!
