So it turned out to be some thing simple
So why do you have an AT&T store?And they can't look at it and fix something small. But the woman in charge asked me to give my phone to her. She looked at it and fixed What was wrong, but if you're not gonna help people with small problems on their phones maybe you shouldn't even be working there or maybe you shouldn't even have a door . I hate to say this but boost. Helps out a lot better than the a t and t store does. I might be changing back to putting service with boost because they go out of the way to help.And I got no help from a t and t except from the woman in charge and I do thank her”

“I was surprised at the quicker service, I was in and out in 30 minutes with what it seemed like only one guy working there, the new manager is defiantly a improvement over the older guy that used to run the place.”
“My phone didn't have any sound, so after reviewing the manual and playing with it for an hour, I went to Cricket on Alpine Ave. Maggie took charge of my phone and went to work. For over 20 minutes she must have tried any combination there was. Just about to give up, she looked into the earphone port and detected some lint balls on there. Well, a little pushing and blowing into the port, solved my problem. I am thankful for Maggie's diligence and patience. My positive experience is the same I had with your stores in Gaylord and Big Rapids (where Shannon took good care of me).”

“I rated the service of the staff at ATT&T a five because they were great and did their best to helpHowever I rate ATT&T over all a 1Pretty sure when I pay off the phones I will be moving to a different providerDon’t realize until it popped up that I was raring the Rockford store. Still give the staff a 5, very helpful as much as they are able. In fact Rockford store is great.I have spent hours on the phone, web chat and now the store and still the problem remainsI have 5 lines under my account. ATT&T just makes it to difficult to solve problemsAlso please note Not all ATT&T stores are corporate stores, 99% are authorized retail stores and can’t do anything unless you purchase it there then they are limited on thatWilling to pay more for better customer support. Again it’s not so much the service members is the red tape/structure of how ATT@T conducts business”
