I have banked with these guys for 17 years! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and quick! Fast drive through, ATM isn't out of order much, convenient, free checking, mobile app that is awesome, and they will forgive 1 overdraft a year for those sticky situations. Thank you for my years of great banking!

I bank here and there pretty good however I think the ATM is not working properly today may 2 2022.You can only check balance and that is it.

Their service goes above and beyond! We have opened many accounts since 2015 (Personal accounts and business accounts). The staff here in Sparta go out of their way to assure quality service. 5 stars is just not enough! We could not be happier banking anywhere else.

Very inconsiderate. Awful time with all of Independent Bank locations (especially Sparta) since their supposedly all new improved banking system went into effect in May! I've been given wrong deposit AND checking amounts with various banking tellers! Watch your banking statements if banking with these people! I think I'm going to look for a new bank!

When we wanted to open an account here the personnel were pleasant to work with. My wife continues to enjoy interactions here. We like our options here as opposed to another area bank. Best #bank# in Sparta.
