I was very excited to drive the 30 minutes to get to this place after a coworker had a great experience obtaining a new pair of compression hose. She said they measured her for the right size... exactly what I was hoping for as I have a large calf. When I got there a young man helped me and when he pointed me to the socks, I asked if they were going to measure me. The young man asked the older man and he said yes and then handed me the tape measure to measure myself! In the end they didn't have my size (calf size said lg/xl but this called for a size 14 shoe....I wear 7!!) The whole experience was awkward and a waste of over an hour of my time.

My kids run track at woodhaven high school. Went to this shoe store because it was recommended by the school. A bit pricey but the help was awesome and the guy gave me 10% off and I said wow to the total of 3 pair total was 435 after his 15% off 385 now that’s love. Good store great people

Tried several big name shoe stores the last few days. The "service" offered was nonexistent. Thats when we found this place which blew our minds. Patrick was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure my wife got the RIGHT shoe. I had no idea there were still shoe stores and people that offered such an amazing experience. We will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you so much Patrick, ur a master of ur craft and we greatly appreciate the care you provided.

I highly recommend Total Runner!! I needed a good shoe for work, as I am a nurse that works in an ER. I've heard a lot of positive feedback about Brooks shoes. Looked up where they are sold in person and decided to go to Total Runner. I will tell you this store is where it's at if you want superior personal customer service!! My sales associate (Paul is the name on my receipt) was kind, patient, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and why. He measured both of my feet and had suggestions based on how narrow my feet are, the best for having almost flat feet, and the support I need. He brought out multiple options with no pressure to buy. He really seemed to have my best interest in mind which is rare. I will definitely return when needed.

It's hard to find shoes with the proper support. This place has great lines of athletic shoes in stocks. I chose Brooks the fit is the best I've felt in a long time.

Our podiatrist recommended this Total Runner location to be professionally fitted for supportive shoes. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up with a pair of Brooks Addiction walkers that are perfect and reasonably priced. We are very pleased with our experience and will be back.

As a hairdresser shoes are important. I stopped in for the first time over the weekend and left with the coolest colored shoes! Today I put them to the test and I have no complaints! I love my new shoes and I will be back for another pair to wear outside of work. Everyone was so polite and helpful and that makes the difference.
