Mark was super helpful! I had my car towed to the shop at 1:30pm today, he and his coworker (can’t recall his name at the moment) had it back and ready for me by 3:30pm!! I cannot recommend them enough!

Mark and Bill took good care of me. I needed a grommet for my four-wheel-drive and they searched high and low to find one for me because I needed it for the snow that was coming for the storm. It took a couple hours but they were able to track down one and fix it for me, really nice guys and funny stories highly recommended if you’re looking for good service and honesty hard to find nowadays.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in to check a potential leak on rear axle near differential that another repair shop noticed. Mark, the owner, put it on a hoist & thoroughly checked it out. Then had me view it with him. He said there was no leak & had no reason to be concerned. Didn't charge me anything but I tipped him anyway. Highly recommend this shop. They are very honest & straightforward. Will definitely return when the need arises.Service: Transmission

Mark and Bill will get you right. These guys know there stuff and don't cut any corners. If you want the work done right go to douthgate transmission. They also are super reasonable with their pricing.

They don’t like people that can rebuild there own transmissions. Needed a press and was told we can’t do that simply because there not making money off me rebuilding the entire transmission.
